The goal of the Green Upskills project! is to promote reskilling and upskilling by providing educators/trainers/facilitators and adult workers with the knowledge they will need in a greener economy, where persons are responsible for making their facility’s production processes greener or use less natural resources. The specific objectives of the project that are plannedto be achieved over a period of 18 months are:

• equipping the 12 adult educators/trainers/community facilitators from the 2 communities involved in the project withknowledge and skills regarding sustainable development in a Green society, to create an educational design adapted to the new real needs of workers and enterprises/companies on the labor market in order to ensure a green economic transition;
• the development of green and sustainable development skills within the community for 45 adults active on the labor market (15/organization) in order to ensure an efficient green transition to circular economy and also skills related to design thinking, creativity, adaptability, resilience, and empathy;
• strengthening the capacity of participating organisations to offer training services in order to re-skilling and up-skilling workers in companies on the theme of eco-friendly, green economy & “skills for the future”.
